Making Your Booking
Customers are able to get in touch with us via telephone to make a booking. When you contact us we will request a number of details, including your name, contact number, pickup address, required time and date of collection, destination, how many passengers there will be, and the size of the luggage being taken.
Collection / Pickup
Collection: Upon arrival for collection, you will receive an SMS text message with the Drivers Name, Badge Number, Vehicle Reg, and Vehicle Make
Pickup: You will receive an SMS Text message with full instructions of the meeting point, along with the Drivers Name, Badge Number, Vehicle Reg, and Make
Monitoring Flight Times
Another of the details taken during booking is the time of your flight. This allows us to determine the best time for pick up, allowing for traffic, in order to ensure you make your flight with time to spare. We also have access to the flight times of all three airports, which means that we monitor early or delayed flights and adjust the time of collection accordingly.
